Most important thing to do before you

enable e-invoicing option on your account

 

Once you enable e-invoicing you cannot change your invoice sequence number

So, please make sure you create one genuine invoice (not a test invoice) with correct invoice number

Our suggestion, use only numeric invoice number, don’t complicate things for yourself

Example: You may create an invoice with sequence number 5001 and the next invoice will automatically be a 5002
