Here is how to create a catering quotation on the go. Let us understand this with an example. Let's say a caterer was requested to provide a quotation for following catering services:

1. Catering [Number of guests: 100]
2. Set-up tables at the venue
3. Supply staff [Number of staff: 2]

Step 1: Login to your account. Go to estimates and click on the “Add estimate” button

Step 3: In the description section, in separate lines, add details of all the services.

You can now email this one-pager quotation over to your clients in just one click or create a detailed proposal by clicking on "Create Proposal" button.

When you click on the "Create Proposal" button the software will take you to a new page where you have to choose a template. Please choose "Catering" proposal template.
