E-invoicing Solution That Passed ZATCA's Qualification Process

Simplest solution to integrate with ZATCA and comply with the phase 2 guidelines

TopNotepad has passed ZATCA’s qualification process and criteria applicable to the different phases of the E-invoicing implementation journey. We are now enlisted in the list of solution providers directory.

TopNotepad is among the approved software list of service providers and we offer the simplest workflow to integrate with ZATCA’s Fatoora portal and start issuing electronic invoices that comply with the phase 2 e-invoicing rules.

Every invoice in phase 2 needs to carry a certain information which is vetted real time by ZATCA’s systems and upon meeting the criteria the Fatoora portal clears the electronic invoice. A cleared/reported electronic invoice has a QR code and the PDF copy of the invoice has an embedded XML.

The PDF copy of the invoice is issued in PDF/A-3 format. PDF/A-3 is an ISO-standardized PDF format which is designed for archiving. The key feature of PDF/A-3 is that it allows you to embed files of any format (such as XML) directly into the PDF, while the main PDF document itself ensures the exact visual layout is preserved for long term.

We are among the very few e invoice software in Saudi Arabia that not only help you issue a phase 2 compliant invoice. It also helps you archive invoice for future audit purposes. The data is securely transmitted to ZATCA via our API that get’s the invoice approved on real-time basis. The approval can be validated by scanning the QR code using ZATCA’s official Android app.

Having served thousands of customers, we are amongst the top Saudi e-invoicing vendors. You can try the solution by adding your VAT numbers, CRN number and other company details and issuing a few phase 1 compliant e-invoices before moving to phase 2.
